HOW TO GET THERE
Aeropuerto Internacional Simon Bolívar is located in Maiquetia, 26km (16 miles) northwest of Caracas. To get to the capital centre there are taxis and buses running regularly and taking around 35 minutes.
TRAVELLING AROUND
Caracas is a big city and its principal attractions are sometimes quite distant from each other. A good way to travel around is by Metro de Caracas. The metro, together with a connecting bus network called Metrobus cover approximately the entire city.
There are also many taxis all over the city, mostly safe and inexpensive.
