The region's natural beauty
ORIENTATION
You will need a full day to the Brazilian side of falls. Include the Bird Park in the program - is glued to the park entrance.
In the Argentine park easily spend an entire day (go to the Garganta del Diablo, do the Nautical Adventure and Lower Circuit), but may take two days to take, if he do all that is offered there (including the island of San Martin and the ride the boat's upper arm Delhi).
To fit Itaipu and Ciudad del Este on the same day, start with the dam (and get ready for an eventful day).
Be sure to spend a night in Puerto Iguazú - and if you can, do the helicopter ride.
WHEN TO GO
Spring and summer are rainy - the volume of water increases the falls. Autumn and winter are the driest - therefore, you see less water flowing.
During the dry season, some falls away, but the main fall is still spectacular. During the rainy season, the volume of water and power are impressive, but the Devil's Throat is usually covered by a cloud of spray.
Conclusion: there is no better time to go. Go more than once at different times to see the waterfalls of Iguazu on all versions offered in the menu.
